You can also give Mariah free-reign and she will create an all-levels yoga class perfect for your event style and space.
RETREATS

You will work with Mariah on the length of the class, muscle and posture focus, even the playlist! She works with all fitness levels and can create one class or multiple classes to provide your attendees with varying options throughout the length of your retreat.
